Homemade Mayo Thanksgiving Dip

The perfect Mayo, people will think it's store-bought.



3/4 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of brown mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard powder

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

3 eggs

1/4 cup of light olive oil

1/4 cup of sesame oil

1 cup of Simple Foods avocado oil


1. Mix the three oils in a glass bowl or measuring cup.

2. In a food processor place the brown mustard, mustard powder, lemon juice, eggs, and salt. Turn the food processor on and pour in the oil mixture gradualy through the feeder tube until the mayo is thick and smooth for about 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Mix with a spatula to incorporate remaining drops of oil on top.
