This Christmas salad recipe is perfect for the holidays!
INGREDIENTS
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of orange juice
lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 a pitted avocado
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cup of Simple Foods Avocado Oil
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds
1 1/2 cups of arugula
RECIPE
1. Blend avocado, avocado oil, salt, lemon juice, garlic, and honey for about a minute or until smooth.
2. Arrange arugula, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled feta cheese on a plate in the shape of a wreath.
3. Drizzle salad with the avocado dressing.
