"Lamburgers"

Low carb-style lamb burgers.




 




INGREDIENTS:


1/8 Cup of Simple Foods Avocado Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/3 Cup of chopped onion

1 Tablespoon of soy sauce

1 Lb ground lamb beef


RECIPE:

1. In a bowl mix the lamb, onion, and soy sauce with your hands, and season with salt and pepper. Form beef mixture into 4 patties.

2. Heat the Simple Foods Avocado Oil over medium heat in a skillet. Cook the lamb patties for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until browned.
