These crackers... delightfully thin and crunchy, gluten-free garlic crispy rice crackers take less than half an hour to make!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of White Rice Flour
¼ cup of Sesame Seeds
1 ½ teaspoons of Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Unrefined Sea Salt
1 teaspoon of Simple Foods Safflower Oil
⅓ cup of Water
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the sea salt, garlic powder, sesame seeds, and flour with a fork.
Mix in the Simple Foods Safflower oil.
Mix the water into the bowl.
Place dough on parchment paper and knead until a ball forms.
Put some Simple Foods Safflower oil on your rolling pin and roll the dough out as thin as possible without tearing the dough.
Score the dough with a pizza cutter or knife to desired cracker size.
Place the scored dough in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool, then break it apart!
