Garlic Crispy Rice Crackers

These crackers... delightfully thin and crunchy, gluten-free garlic crispy rice crackers take less than half an hour to make!


  • 1 cup of White Rice Flour

  • ¼ cup of Sesame Seeds

  • 1 ½ teaspoons of Garlic Powder

  • ½ teaspoon Unrefined Sea Salt

  • 1 teaspoon of Simple Foods Safflower Oil

  • ⅓ cup of Water


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix the sea salt, garlic powder, sesame seeds, and flour with a fork.

  3. Mix in the Simple Foods Safflower oil.

  4. Mix the water into the bowl.

  5. Place dough on parchment paper and knead until a ball forms.

  6. Put some Simple Foods Safflower oil on your rolling pin and roll the dough out as thin as possible without tearing the dough.

  7. Score the dough with a pizza cutter or knife to desired cracker size.

  8. Place the scored dough in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Let it cool, then break it apart!
