Truffle Baby Potatoes

A deliciously EASY side to make for all your dishes. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.





INGREDIENTS:


1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/4 teaspoon truffle salt

1 tablespoon Simple Foods Avocado Oil

1 lb baby potatoes cut in half

1 tablespoons minced fresh parsley







RECIPE:


1. Preheat an air fryer to 350 ° F


2. Coat the potatoes with oil in a bowl. Add the granulated garlic and parsley and toss to coat. Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket.


3. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for around 20 to 25 minutes occasionally tossing, until golden brown.


4. Add the truffle salt, take in the smell and enjoy! (Optional: sprinkle some parmesan cheese!)
