Since 1905, we have been pioneers in the extraction and refining of premium vegetable oils in Michoacán, Mexico. Our commitment is clear: a healthier planet, a prosperous community, and an inclusive society.

🌱 Environment

We work continuously to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into our processes. Our environmental efforts have delivered measurable results:

• 890 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent saved in the 2024–2025 period alone

• Equivalent to planting 371 tree saplings growing for 10 years

• Equal to the domestic electricity use of 14,800 homes for one year

• Equivalent to taking 325 gasoline-powered vehicles off the road for a year

• 577 tons of waste recycled instead of going to landfills

🤝 Community

We believe that a healthy business must nourish the community that surrounds it. Our community initiatives include:

• 12 Annual Health Campaigns covering gender violence awareness, breast cancer, addictions, visual, oral, mental, occupational and sports health — plus routine exams, vaccination campaigns, and access to medicines for employees.

• Women in Action — a program that promotes economic growth and supports women in the AETH network, generating employment and life projects.

• 54 collaborators have graduated from elementary school, high school, and university through our educational access program.

• Scholarships for employees' children to ensure educational completion, including support for the Tecnológico de Monterrey's Líderes del Mañana program.

Gender equality is not just a goal — it is our reality. Today, 5 out of 10 administrative positions at AETH are held by women. We actively support postgraduate education for employees and create links with state and national universities to open doors for the next generation of leaders.

Our avocados are sourced directly from family farms in Michoacán — the avocado capital of the world.
