1 chicken breast
8 cups of water
12 corn tortillas
½ head of a romaine lettuce chopped
½ cup of Queso fresco minced
1 cup of Simple Foods Avocado Oil
¼ cup sour cream
Salt to taste
Bring the water to boil, add the chicken breast and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Shred the chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.
On a medium size pan over medium- high heat add the Simple Foods Avocado Oil and wait until hot.
On a different pan over low heat, warm the tortillas and add the chicken.
Fry the chicken tacos for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside over a paper towel.
Garnish with lettuce, queso fresco and sour cream.
